A grand finale of the Year 13 media studies course was celebrated with students, parents and staff in the Richard Smith Hall.
The T'Oscars (Tupton Oscars) were a chance to look back at the group's work and progress since they began the course - on the big screen!.
A Level media students can look forward to creating the opening to a thriller film and a music video during the two year duration of the course.
Students were able to laugh about their early work and watched proudly as they witnessed how they have come since the start of the course.
Mr Welch, Head of Media Studies, said he was ‘proud of all of the work they have produced.’
At the end of the ceremony, an award was given to the best video, as chosen by the audience. It was a close vote, but the music video ‘Control’, created by Lois Woodward and Rachel Hickton, took the trophy. A very happy Lois said ‘I’m glad it paid off.’
